The Marketing & Ownership Benefit Guides articulates the Raffles brand positioning and reflects the current brand design and how the brand is prescribed. The property has undergone something of a evolutionary stage, more of a refinement process than specifically a rebrand. The guidebook serves as a reference for all appointed Raffles Development Partners and was developed to allow them to learn the Raffles story and understand all Raffles products, their visual vocabulary and brand marketing processes. The brand equity of Raffles private ownership offerings is a product of the heritage and reputation that belongs to Raffles Hotels & Resorts.

With the brand positioning developed by Four IV (London), we were tasked by Raffles Singapore headquarters to art-direct, design and layout the entire pages to communicate the new effort.
