Premier Banking Brand System & Guidelines
OCBC Bank wanted to differentiate its Premier Banking services as unapologetically honest, clear and upfront. Helmed by a Relationship Manager, the financial team comprises a Wealth Advisor, Relationship Officer, and specialists in insurance, treasury, and mortgage to help their clients grow their wealth. This required forward-thinking, people-centered leadership — both externally and internally to front their communication efforts and to speak in a clear way about a broad range of specialisms. To prove this, we steered clear of the expected ad cliches of opulence and fluffy communication typically filled with jargons.

Working closely with GOVT’s design team, we redefined the bank’s key messaging, brand language and design templates. The brand guide communicates their own distinctive brand voice and an overarching design language that would firmly establish clarity, consistency and hierarchy in all communications. The new brand identity is supported by a range of communications collateral for both internal and external use. Design templates included print advertising, magazine and masthead redesign, brochures, corporate stationery, outdoor media and email marketing.
