Users could navigate around the content with ease, the restructure and redesign should widen its position as a
provider of content to that as a place for interaction and conversation. The objective was to use search and social
to drive key interactions – hence through the power of search and the participation of these users, the system
should facilitate an efficient & productive ‘workspace’ and building a better organization together.
An online mobile app version was also designed to highlight the use of search to drive key interactions.
We helped identified the respective key users:
– Executives, Property Sales / Leasing: these are the “soldiers” of the organization doing the selling of properties.
They need to be able to locate what they need and get the latest docs and knowledge banks.
– Customer Service: access to knowledge banks and process forms.
– Marketing: access to visual creative design assets and collaterals
– HR: staff directory , training programme needs
– Corporate Affairs: responsible for corporate comms internally and spreading the news
– Projects / Construction: Project / procurement updates
Key creatives included:
– Search functions
– Knowledge Base
– Social ratings / commenting on articles
– Project Collaboration Spaces (where people initiate projects, upload/store all their documents and shared info)
– Access to forms / procedure stuff
– Contact Directory
